Work closely with the Area General Manager, Cluster Director of Revenue, Group Director of Sales & Marketing, Revenue cum Reservations Manager and Corporate Office Revenue and Digital team in any e-commerce / Digital / Online related project assigned.
Communicate with OTAs Product Manager to grow hotel OTAs room revenue with identified promotion opportunities and gather latest market information for analytical usage.
Ensure no serious violation on OTAs-Brand Website-Other Distribution Channels rates parity and hotel brand issue at all time.
Ensure related Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly and Ad-Hoc reports submission on E-Commerce/ Revenue/Sales & Marketing being prepared on time in accurate and correct manners as stipulated by the hotel and corporate office policies.
Take full responsibility in getting contents ready for online, including website (both corporate and hotels) contents, adverts for search engines and social media posts.
Follow brand requires in all digital assets, including banners and interactive contents.
Assist hotels in using different platform/systems related to digital marketing and online distribution.
Initiative new hotel project and take full responsibility in getting new hotels website and their online distribution channels ready.
Apply consumer insight and translate strategies outlined in creative/campaign briefs into engaging concepts and copy (headlines, impactful call-2-actions and emails etc.)
Take proactive action in site optimization and online marketing (e.g. keywords, referrals, etc.)
Work with multiple external vendors to share our business needs and provide prompt feedback, and ensure accurate and on-time deliverables from vendors in good quality.
Assist Manager/Director in managing social media platform and campaign for hotel social media pages (e.g. in Facebook, Twitter, Dao Dao, TrpAdvisor)
Collect latest business needs & updates from different departments.
To assist in other related E-Commerce / Marketing / F&B Marketing / Revenue tasks as assigned, as and when required.
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hotel Management, or IT preferred from a recognised University with minimum 2 years of working experience in related field.
Occasional traveling is required.
Proven skills in writing compelling, benefit-oriented, customer-focussed copy
Strong competency with Microsoft Office and Excel.
Experience with SEO, article-writing and script-writing a plus.
User in social networking services and platforms.
Good understanding of current digital communication environment and requirements
Ability to think from digital content consumer behaviour and perspectives.
Outstanding phone, written and in-person communication skills, and ability to work independently or in team.
Experience in the hotel industry in managing content on branded website, online travel agent websites and global distribution network is preferred.
Excellent English and (simplified & traditional) Chinese reading and writing skills.
Good work attitude and self-driven to perform and improve one’s self.
Presentable with good personality and positive attitude.
Immediate availability will be preferred and added advantage.
