Duties & Responsibilities:
To set in close conjunction with each Head Department, an annual operating budget which will then form part of the Hotel Business Plan.
To monitor all cost and recommend/institute measures to control them in accordance with the annual budgets.
Oversee the Food & Beverage, Safety & Security, Housekeeping and Front Office Departments operation.
To ensure that the Department’s operational budget is in line, and that all costs are strictly controlled.
To review the profit and loss statements with all Food & Beverage and Room Divisions Head of Departments on a monthly basis.
To ensure through effective supervision that all services offered in Food & Beverage and Room Operations are always available, and are carried out with the utmost efficiency and courtesy as per the guidelines established and documented in the respective SOPs, and to consistently review and update the SOP where necessary, to ensure relevancy and efficiency.
To liaise closely with the Food & Beverage, Front Office and Sales Department to ensure the proper market mix to achieve maximum Food & Beverage and Room Revenue.
Candidate must possess a Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Professional Degree, Hospitality Management or
At least 10 years of working experience in hotel industry and leadership abilities and major in Food & Beverage background preferred with ratio of 60% in Food & Beverage and 40% in room division.
Independent, resourceful and able to communicate at all level business.
Manages the hotel’s overall operation through quality standards.
