Sales Coordinator 2016-03-21
Overall administrative tasks for the assigned managers in the Sales & Marketing department.
Handles correspondences from guests with regards to enquiries on sales.
Develop and maintain close working relationship with all departments in the Hotel.
Follow up with all business leads, assigned project and advises managers with job progress proactively.
Prepare group contract for all materialised business.
Minimum Certificate in Hospitality Management, Adminitration or relevant studies.
Good command in writing and speaking in English.
Good communication skills.
Confident in using MS Office software, e.g Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Knowledge in Delphi is desirable.
Experience in similar capacity will be advantageous.
