Job Responsibilities :-
To ensure all revenue from all outlets are correctly received and collected on a daily basis
Be responsible for the cash float under his custodian and money collected from the outlet during his/her shift.
Check that guest bill is correctly charge and settled correctly to the proper account (cash, credit card, voucher, room charge).
To check the credit card for payment by credit card, in terms of obtaining authorization and procedures.
Any discount, void made should be with prior approval or in accordance with policies and procedures.
To check correctness data printed in the guest bill, i.e. number of guest, guests signature, name and room number is put down and return the guest bill to Captain for correction in case of incomplete or wrong information.
Prepare the daily report and other reports as requested by his/her Superior.
Be responsible for the micros machine, open the shift when starting the duty, change the date, do the shift – end closing, inform Cashier Supervisor if there is discrepancy or problem. Change the date of credit card imprinter.
Be responsible for his/her daily collection, put the collection in envelope and posted to the safe deposit box witnessed by appointed Security Officer.
Job Requirements :-
Possess SPM/O Levels or Certificate in Business Administration
Minimum 1-2 years working experience in handling cash
Well versed in Microsoft Office and preferably with knowledge in Micros Point of Sales
Multitasking and able to work with minimum supervision.
