Prior to Dorsett Hartamas Kuala Lumpur, Executive Sous Chef Saiful Othman, worked for many years with a reputable hotel chain include Palace of the Golden Horses Selangor, as Sous Chef for Malay Banquet Kitchen. After that Executive Sous Chef Saiful Othman sharpened his culinary knowledge and expertise thereafter by joining KRU Group as Executive Chef and he was co-hosted together with Dato Seri Aliff Syukri in 12-episode TV3 program known “Abang Masuk Dapur”.
