29 June 2018

PUTRAJAYA, 29 June - It was a fun-filled Friday for 60 kids from Rumah Anak-Anak Yatim AT-TAQWA, where Dorsett Putrajaya collaborated with Malaysian Association Hotel (MAH) for Aidilfitri Raya celebration with them in a cosy environment. Aidilfitri Raya was a CSR programme initiated by Dorsett Putrajaya, where the children celebrated the festival with sumptuous Raya in the hotel’s Satria Ballroom.

Dorsett Hospitality International has collaborated with Malaysian Association of Hotels (MAH) for numerous past collective CSR initiatives however this was the first collaboration taken place in Dorsett Putrajaya. To date, MAH has over 900 members under 13 chapters and partners with both the private sectors and Government agencies such as the Ministry of Tourism. Being officially recognised as a National Hotel Association, MAH is committed to the exacting standards of service quality acknowledged by Malaysia and beyond.

“Dorsett Putrajaya has always been emphasising on the touch of loving, giving and sharing among the community since its opening in 2016. We believe that this annual CSR will give inspiration to other corporate companies to keep giving back to the community” said Alfred Paulsen, General Manager of Dorsett Putrajaya. Previously, the hotel has generously contributed 100 pcs Baju Raya to Kempen Baju Baharu which was initiated by Nona TV3 in May 2018.

The meaningful Aidilfitri Raya was made successful with full support from the team members of Dorsett Putrajaya and TudungKini for their thoughtful and caring contributions towards the 60 children of Rumah Anak – Anak Yatim AT-TAQWA.
