  • Each ticket is only applicable for 1 adult and 1 child
  • This package must be used before 30 June 2023
  • The hotel only accepts reservations for the next week. Guests must make a reservation at least two days in advance and provide the package number for registration purposes by call 3996 6320 or WhatsApp 5315 7048
  • Admission ticket with the registration number will be automatically voided if cancellations with less than a 24-hour notice period of the appointment date
  • Non-transferable and the hotel reserves the right to cancel the ticket without refund or other compensation
  • For any private events or undergoes maintenance held at Kids Zone, no reservation would be accepted and ticket period will not be extended accordingly
  • To avoid delays in entering the venue, guests are required to present the original ticket for registration 10 minutes in advance, as latecomers will not be given additional time
