Located just a 30-minute drive from Gold Coast Airport (OOL), and a 90-minute drive from Brisbane Aiport (BNE), Dorsett Gold Coast recommends several means of transport to reach the hotel from the airport:
From Gold Coast Airport – Drive (30 minutes) or Take the Bus (Route 777) to Broadbeach South Station
From Brisbane International/Domestic Airport– Drive (1 hour 30 minutes) or Take the Airtrain to the Nerang Train Station. From there, catch a taxi to the hotel or a bus to the Broadbeach South Station.
- Taxi or Shuttle: to Dorsett Gold Coast
- Train: to Nerang Train Station
- Bus: to Broadbeach South Station
Parking
The hotel does not offer parking; however, all guests are welcome to use the parking facilities located at The Star Gold Coast for a flat rate of $20 per night. Best parking for Dorsett hotel access is on levels 3, 3M and 4. When entering The Star Gold Coast car park, please follow the signage to Tower 1. There are no parking facilities available for high vehicles (over 1.95m).
Please note, car park availability is not guaranteed as part of a hotel booking. With limited parking spaces, we encourage our guests to take advantage of the various public transport options, where possible. The car park is regularly at full capacity during peak periods, such as Friday and Saturday evenings.
Alternate paid parking is available at the Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre and the Oasis Shopping Centre in Broadbeach. You are welcome to drop your luggage off at reception before parking off-site.
