Dorsett Grand Labuan held its second year of Mid-Autumn Mooncake Festival from 11th August to 24th September 2018.
“On hand to present the freshly baked homemade mooncake are Master Chef Yee with 50 years of experience and the renowned Chef Stanley”, said General Manager, Masni Shaik Dali.
She mentioned that the hotel will be selling 4 types of mooncake; Pandan at RM22 nett per piece, Red Bean at RM22 nett per piece, Lotus Seed Paste at RM24 nett per piece and Lotus Seed with Salted Egg at RM26 nett per piece and 2 types of snow skin; Pandan and Lotus Seed at RM28 nett per piece each. Aside from mooncake, Master Chef Yee is also good at making dim sum and Chinese ‘piang’ which are available as part of the All You Can Eat on Saturday Hi-Tea and Sunday Brunch.
