Lunar New Year, also known as Chinese New Year or the Spring Festival evolves around five blessings, namely Longevity, Riches, Peace, Wisdom and Virtue.

In respect of these blessings, award-winning Chinese Executive Chef Bryan Teh and his culinary team whip up celebratory dim sum lunch dishes for this auspicious event and at the same time ushering into a new year of brilliance.
