Labuan 10s is an international rugby tournament organised by Labuan Rugby Association. The tournament is sanctioned by Malaysia Rugby Union. The Women’s Rugby 7s Open is limited to 12 teams and is a one-day affair. The larger Labuan Rugby Carnival takes place over two days and sees men’s, women’s and veterans 10s rugby categories. In addition, U18 boys and girls 7s will also take place at the carnival. The Labuan Rugby Carnival is limited to 48 teams total.
This was for Borneo Amateur Challenge 8 (BAC8). Organized by Borneo Combat Gym (BCG) at their state of the art gym with fighters and their team came from all over Sabah and Brunei. BAC is not only a fight tournament featuring International Sports Karate Association (ISKA) sanctioned MMA & K1 Kickboxing, but also a referee course.

Labuan Bird Park Charity Trail Run is a charity run for Labuan Bird Park. #RunWithLoveSaveTheBird.
The Labuan Bird Park Eco promises a relatively runable 70K as main distance, with shorter options also available on the programme. The 70K will take runners basically all around Labuan Island, which makes for an authentic course. The event date is scheduled on 7/8 September, which is the weekend of the recently cancelled Hakuba Trails in Japan. As such, ATM fans can try this one out that weekend and…. maybe even double it up with the Borneo TMBT Ultra event that takes place in Sabah a weekend later on 14/15 September. Those who focus on the Championship points race at Borneo TMBT therefore have a great warming-up event with the Labuan Bird Park Eco!

The Chimney Museum is a museum site featuring the history of coal mining in Labuan around 1847 to 1911 and the history of Tanjung Kubong.
Labuan Marine Museum under Department of Museum Malaysia organized an event to support Program World Oceans Day and help people around Labuan Federal Territory Island understand the importance to protect the our oceans from the pollution. This program co-operates with others government agencies, Ministry of Tourism and Culture Malaysia, Tourism Malaysia, Department of Natural Resources & Environment Labuan, Labuan Public Library, Department of Marine Park Malaysia Labuan Federal Territory and Department of National Unity and Integration of Labuan. The events will be filled up with activities such as the people are Aqua Fashion Contest, Recycling Materials Contest Competition, Colouring Contests, Mutual Co-operation Activities and Dropping Handrails on banners.
