Remembrance Day in Borneo is observed at Labuan World War II Memorial ground. Among the significant and central elements of the Remembrance Day are the laying of wreaths, reversed arm (leaning on a weapon held upside down), the lone piper and flower of the forest, the sound of the last post and the moment of silence.

Tamu Gadang is in conjunction with the convocation month which held annually on November to celebrate college graduation of the seniors in University Malaysia Sabah Labuan International Campus.
Among the traditional games that will be competed are Rampanau, Tug of War, Coconuts Peel and many more.
