Unveiled: Meet your virtual dancers! 

Have you enjoyed the performance so far? In partnership with the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts, Dorsett Hospitality International is showcasing two student dancers, Jennie Chou and Lee Kok Liang, as part of this special performance to celebrate the world finally coming out on the other side of the pandemic! 

Read on to get to know them a bit better! 

Jennie Chou - Dancer
Taiwanese-born Szu Tsen Chou previously trained at Liaoning Ballet Academy and is a full scholarship Ballet student at The Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts (HKAPA).  She has won prizes in many ballet competitions in China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan, including First place award at Taiwan Grand Prix International Ballet Competition (台灣青少年國際古典芭蕾大賽)and Taipei International Ballet Grand Prix (台北國際芭蕾舞大賽) and Bronze Medal award at the Asian Grand Prix International Ballet Competition (亞洲國際芭蕾舞大賽).  She has performed many leading roles at HKAPA's production and has the opportunity to dance in Hong Kong Ballet's productions under Artistic Director Septime Webre and Ballet Master Yuh Egami. 

Lee Kok Liang - Dancer
Malaysian-born Lee Kok Liang is currently studying Chinese dance at The Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts (HKAPA) on a full scholarship. He has won prizes in many Chinese dance competitions in China and Malaysia, including 2nd place in the International Oversea Chinese dance competition (文化中國 · 海外華人中華舞蹈大賽) and the Gold Award at the 8th National Chinese Dance Open Competition (open category) (全國華族舞蹈公開賽)in Malaysia. He has performed at the HKAPA, Hong Kong Ballet’s Nutcracker and E-Side companies Fanciful Summer 2021 performances.
