When it comes to safety, we only work with a trusted company like Ecolab, a global leader in infection prevention solutions and expertise, and use their Ecolab’s Disinfectant Cleaner 2.0*, registered  to comprehensively clean and disinfect high touch areas in public areas, as well as all guest rooms and the air-conditioning system.  

*Ecolab’s Disinfectant Cleaner 2.0 is a germicidal /virucide detergent effective in killing 30 pathogens. This product is registered by the US Environmental Protection Agency as reliable and safe.


How Safe it is to Stay with Us? 

Air-conditioning System

We use fan coil unit system, which places a fan and the coil directly in the guest room. Each room has its own independent pipe, which connects to the main fan on the roof, drawing fresh air from the outside to each room.

Drainage and Ventilation

Hotel sewage pipe system is discharged through an independent drainage pipe and vent system.  Each room has an independent pipe supplying fresh air, preventing negative pressure on the airflow and the U-shaped traps from drying out.

The Autonomous “Whiz Gambit” Cleaning Robot

We use SGS-certified “Whiz Gambit” Robot, which has a 99.99% efficiency of killing the COVID-19 virus, bacteria, airborne fungi, to deep clean carpets and disinfect every corner at the hotel lobby, guest floors and other public areas. It generates disinfectant particles in dry mist form, which leaves a durable antimicrobial protective coating for more than 45 days to effectively inactivate microorganisms on all exposed surfaces. 

Portable Gambit to Disinfect Every Guestroom

We use the Portable Gambit, the bio decontamination spray unit (the compartment of Whiz Gambit) controlled via mobile app, to thoroughly disinfect guestrooms, eliminating 99.99% of the COVID-19 virus while leaving a durable antimicrobial protective coating lasting more than 45 days. 

Air Purifier in Every Guest Room and on Every Guest Floor

With effective coverage of 50 sq. m which sufficiently and effectively shields the whole room area of all hotel guest rooms, Momax Robust loT UV-C Air Purifier with H13 HEPA, Active Carbon Filter & UV-C light is 99.95% efficient in capturing PM 2.5 & airborne particles, and UV-C Sanitization to kill up to 99.9% of germs in the air. It also meets the requirment of Food and Environmental Hygiene Department.

iCleanic’s Intelligent Sanitization Station

iCleanic’s Intelligent Sanitization Station is installed at the hotel lobby to sanitize the air, the body from head to toe as well as the belongings of arriving guests with its advanced atomization technologies. 

RICE the Delivery Robot

To cut down on human contact, Rice the Robot is in use to assist our staff in delivering amenities to guests all over the hotel, in a delightful way.

AI Thermal Scanner

Detect elevated skin temperature in high traffic public areas. People with a fever will be immediately identified. This device will enable key departments to be notified simultaneously when a guest is experiencing fever.

Daily Professional Cleaning & Sanitizing

Every guest room is cleaned and sanitized with the hospital-grade Ecolab Disinfectant Cleaner 2.0, which is a germicidal /virucide detergent effective in killing 30 pathogens and registered by the US Environmental Protection Agency as reliable and safe.

We have also launched a new foodpanda menu featuring a list of the city’s best restaurants to enhance our guests’ in-room dining experience.

Social Distancing & Facemask

Our guests are strongly advised to maintain a distance of 1.5metre with one another in the hotel. According to the Prevention & Control of Disease Ordinance (Cap 599) it is mandatory for everyone to wear a mask not only on public transport but at all indoor public places.

Hygiene in Public Areas

We increase the cleaning and disinfection frequency of public areas and facilities to once every hour and install multiple disinfectant and anti-epidemic sprayers within hotel areas.
