The Canary House is Now Open! Located at Dorsett Canary Wharf, Canary House is a refined new Chinese restaurant bringing modern Cantonese fine dining to the heart of London’s financial district. This elegant destination blends heritage, contemporary design, and culinary artistry under one roof, offering a distinctive space for elevated Chinese hospitality. The interiors reflect understated luxury, drawing inspiration from traditional Chinese aesthetics reimagined with sophisticated modern touches, while an outdoor terrace provides a welcoming setting for al fresco dining.
Signature offerings include Peking Duck, Golden Fish Gow, Chrysanthemum Spring Roll, dim sum, wok-fried seafood, aromatic stir-fries, and classic rice and noodle dishes. Each plate honours the rich culinary heritage of Hong Kong while presenting refined flavours with contemporary presentation, ensuring a dining experience that is both culturally authentic and elegantly modern.

In February 2026, we will be serving lunch and dinner with set menus, followed by à la carte dishes and dim sum from 1 March 2026.
