For this year’s celebration, a new selection is made available and it’s worth ‘jumping over the moon’ for it.  There’s Ruby Allure - Red Dragon Fruit infused Crystal Skin Moon Cake with Red Bean Paste and the aromatic Golden Treasure - Pandan infused Crystal Skin Moon Cake with Durian and Black Sesame Paste and the baked variation of Low Sugar Durian Lotus Paste with Single Egg Yolk.  Back by popular demand is of course the Sapphire Glitz – Blue pea flower infused crystal skin mooncake with white lotus paste and single yolk alongside all time favourites of Pure Red Bean Paste, Pandan Lotus Paste with Single Yolk or Plain, Six Coarse Grains Paste and Low Sugar White Lotus Paste – Plain, with Single or Double Egg Yolk.
