Dorsett Melbourne, together with T6 Patisserie Melbourne, is delighted to welcome back our indulgent Lunar New Year High Tea. 

Our high tea experience includes mouth-watering savoury bites, freshly baked scones, and sandwiches, alongside an array of sweet delicacies, all handcrafted by our Pastry Chef and T6 Patisserie. Highlights of the menu include Mandarin and Jasmine Mousse, Cantonese Style Mango Pudding, Pork Char Siu on Milk Bun, and Sesame Garlic Chive Prawn Toast. Each bite is a perfect harmony of tradition and innovation, created with the finest ingredients.
