Empowerment for all

In response to the Paris Climate Agreement, the United Nations established 17 goals for sustainable development. Goal 5 aims to achieve gender equality and empower women and girls. In 2021, a UN study showed that only 28.2% of managerial roles are occupied by women. At Dorsett Hospitality International, we are proud to have 58% of top level positions and approximately 69% of our General Managers occupied by women. It is vital for us to create an environment of belonging and inclusion as it not only creates diversity in the workplace, but drives better performance and motivation between the teams.
