Guests can savour four exclusive creations that elevate the festive meal into a true celebration of culinary artistry: a contemporary Tiramisu layered with mascarpone, Kahlúa and almond; fragrant French toast with silky vanilla custard paired with two seasonal soft-serve flavours; a Praline hazelnut mille-feuille with vanilla and two seasonal soft-serve flavours; and a refreshing Coconut mousse with mango compote, crisp meringue and Malibu milk foam. These Minimal Café creations will conclude Siete Ocho’s festive menus on 24, 25 and 31 December, and 1 January, turning each meal into an Instagram-ready finale.
