As part of Hong Kong’s growing pet-friendly community, Dorsett Kai Tak warmly welcomes pets, making it an ideal choice for travellers with dogs. Dogs weighing up to 35 kg are allowed, with standard rooms accommodating up to two dogs and suites allowing up to four.
Each pet-friendly room is thoughtfully equipped with amenities such as dog bedding in various sizes, feeding bowls, pee pads, and a complimentary Buddy Bites gift set featuring treats and toppers. Pets can also travel comfortably on the hotel’s shuttle bus, when they are placed in secure carriers. For safety, dogs over 20 kg must wear a muzzle in public areas, ensuring a pleasant experience for all guests.

Terms & Condition
General Information
- Only dog-friendly hotel rooms are available; other pets are not currently allowed.
- Pet-friendly rooms are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Each room can accommodate a maximum of one fully vaccinated dog (weighing less than 35 kg).
- Pets must stay in designated pet-friendly rooms, which are specially prepared with a mat, food and water bowls, and towels for pet use.
- A “Pets Staying” plate must be always hung outside the door.
Guest Responsibilities
- Be considerate of other guests. Limit noise caused by your pet and control their behaviour.
- If noise or aggressive behaviour is not manageable, we reserve the right to refuse accommodation, and the room rate will not be refunded.
- Pets with infectious diseases or fleas will not be accepted.
- Pets are not allowed to be left alone in the room at any time.
Area Restrictions
- Pets are not allowed in Jin Bo Law Sky Bar, or any food service areas.
- Pets are also prohibited from the swimming pool, gym, and function rooms.
- They may only access the lobby and your room.
- Pets must stay in designated pet-friendly rooms, which are specially prepared with a mat, food and water bowls, and towels for pet use.
- If your pet is persistently noisy, disruptive, or aggressive towards guests or staff, you will be asked to remove your pet from the premises.
Additional Guidelines
- If your pet is prone to urinating or defecating at will, you must carry a pet diaper to prevent accidents.
- The hotel does not assume any liability for your pet’s actions while on the premises. You are liable for any damages caused by your pet, including the cost of repairs or replacements.
- Guests and dog owners will indemnify the hotel against all claims, liabilities, losses, and damages.
