A Pet Friendly Stay in Hong Kong

General Information

• The hotel only accepts dogs for designated guest rooms and for entry into restaurants and bars. Other pets are currently not permitted. We appreciate your understanding.
• Dogs with infectious diseases or fleas will not be allowed entry into the hotel.
• Dogs must not be left unattended in guest rooms or anywhere within the hotel premises.
• Dogs are not permitted in the swimming pool, fitness centre, function rooms, hotel back-of-house areas, or any other restricted areas as designated by the hotel.
• All dogs must be kept on a leash at all times in public areas of the hotel (except inside guest rooms). Dogs weighing 20 kg or more, or those exhibiting persistent barking, must wear a muzzle in public areas. Owners are responsible for keeping their dogs quiet. Should a dog cause continued noise disturbance, harass or attack guests or hotel staff, or display aggressive behaviour, the hotel reserves the right to require the dog to be removed from the premises immediately.
• The owner must clean up any dog waste immediately. If the dog persistently makes noise, causes disturbance to others, or exhibits aggressive behaviour, the hotel reserves the right to require the dog to leave the hotel premises immediately. 
• All dogs must be healthy, licensed, and vaccinated in accordance with Hong Kong regulations. The hotel reserves the right to request valid dog licences from owners when necessary.
• The hotel does not accept dog that are overly nervous, uncontrollably noisy, or display aggressive behaviour. Should any of the above conditions seriously affect other guests, the hotel reserves the right to refuse check-in or entry, and no refund will be issued.

Pet-Friendly Accommodation Terms and Conditions

• The number of pet-friendly guest rooms is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Each guest room accepts a maximum of 2 dogs (for standard room types) or 4 dogs (for suite room types). All dogs must be fully vaccinated and weigh less than 35 kg each.
• Dogs are only permitted in designated guest rooms. Pet amenities including a pet bed, pee pads, food and water bowls, and towels are provided in the room for use during the stay.

Pet-Friendly Dining Terms and Conditions

• Siete Ocho, Kai Fuk Lau, and Jin Bo Law Skybar now welcome dogs. Guests must comply with the hotel's pet-friendly dining guidelines and the relevant regulations of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department (FEHD).
• When bringing dogs into the restaurant or bar, please keep them on a leash not exceeding 1.5 metres in length at all times, and confine them to the designated dog-only areas.
• Owners must supervise their dogs at all times. Dogs are not permitted on dining tables or chairs, nor may they disturb other guests. The use of hotel tableware to feed dog is strictly prohibited.

Additional Guidelines

• If your dog is prone to urinating or defecating at will, you must carry a pet diaper to prevent accidents.
• The hotel does not assume any liability for your dog's actions while on the premises. You are liable for any damages caused by your dog, including the cost of repairs or replacements.
• Guests and dog owners will indemnify the hotel against all claims, liabilities, losses, and damages.
