      Rooted in the heart of Kowloon and inspired by the rich culinary traditions of Canton, Kai Fuk Lau (啟福樓) brings a refined Cantonese dining experience to Kai Tak. With a wide array of handcrafted time-honoured banquet dishes, each plate is a tribute to local flavours, elevated with seasonal ingredients and tasteful presentation. 
       
      Guests can enjoy an extensive à la carte menu alongside thoughtfully curated offerings such as the Lunch Menu, as well as seasonal tasting menus.
