- Hotel standard check-in time is from 3 pm onwards; Check out time: 11:00 (Late check-out is subject to availability)
- Applicable to Garden Penthouse Harbour View Two Bedroom Suite, and Presidential Harbour View Pool Suite bookings only.
- Membership points redemption is currently unavailable until further notice
- Spilling rice, beans or lotus seeds is prohibited in all guest rooms and public areas
- All ceremonies and group activities should be conducted inside the guestroom, and causing disturbance to other guests is not allowed
- Auspicious and celebratory materials can only be put up on windows and mirrors with Blu‐tack. Use of tapes / double‐sided adhesive materials is strictly prohibited.
- Drone use is not permitted on the property or in the airspace above the hotel.
- Any damage to the furniture, floor, wall surface, and interior will result in a recovery charge.
- Flammables and candles are not allowed in the guestroom
- No stickers or any decorations outside the guestroom door and in the hallways
- A cleaning fee will be applied if necessary
- A cancellation notice of at least 30 days before the scheduled arrival date is required to avoid any cancellation charges
