This autumn, Dorsett Kai Tak invites guests to eat, drink and unwind its way through "Perfect 10," the new global campaign from Dorsett – Your Rewards. From 1 October to 31 October 2026, the hotel will roll out limited-time culinary and beverage experiences across its venues — all timed to the launch of the loyalty programme's "Stay + Explore + Reward" initiative.
Perfect 10 Discovery Menu at Kai Fuk Lau (minimum of 2 guests)
Renowned for its culinary craftsmanship, Kai Fuk Lau presents the Perfect 10 Discovery Menu, a 10-course feast priced at HK$498 per guest. The menu opens with a trio of appetisers — Scallop Tartlet with Salsa, Fish Skin with Green Sichuan Peppercorns, and Black and White Wood Ear Mushrooms with Yuzu Dressing — alongside the restaurant's Signature BBQ Pork.
Heartier courses follow, including Wok-fried Golden Sea Cucumber with Spring Onions and Onions, Braised Golden Broth with Crabmeat, Braised South African Dried Abalone with Oyster Sauce, Crab Butter Stuffed Bamboo Pith, and Seafood Fried Rice with Shredded Fish Maw. The experience concludes with Double-boiled Fresh Milk with Peach Gum.

Interactive Rooftop Mixology at Jin Bo Law Skybar — Perfect 10 Serve
Ten ingredients. Three flavour profiles. One serve made just for you.
Located above the city, Jin Bo Law Skybar presents the Perfect 10 Serve (HK$198+ per set), an interactive cocktail experience that puts guests in the driver's seat. Using ten ingredients — including a curated selection of gins, artisanal teas, fresh fruits and floral notes — guests can mix and match to discover their perfect combination. For those who prefer a guiding hand, the bar recommends two recipes:
- The Tea Profile: A balanced combination of Hayman Old Tom Gin (30ml), Pu-erh Tea (10ml), Apple Juice (20ml)
- The Floral Profile: A fragrant blend of Two Moons Five Flowers Tea Gin (30ml), Chrysanthemum Tea (20ml), Lime Juice (10ml), Osmanthus Syrup (10ml)
- Guests are welcome to follow the recipes or add their own twist — because the perfect serve is the one they create.
