As autumn brings one of most anticipated seasonal delicacies to the table, Kai Fuk Lau at Dorsett Kai Tak presents 金秋蟹宴 Autumn Celebration · Seasonal Hairy Crab Menu, a limited-time menu celebrating the distinctive richness of Yangcheng Lake hairy crab and the artistry of Cantonese cuisine.Book Now
At the heart of the menu is Steamed Yangcheng Lake Golden Hairy Crab. Further highlights include Braised Vegetarian Shark Fin Soup with Hairy Crab Roe, Wok-Fried Pearl Scallops with Fresh Milk and Hairy Crab Roe, and Braised Ice Plant with Bamboo Pith and Hairy Crab Roe, each offering a different expression of the prized seasonal ingredient.
Complementing the crab roe specialties, the menu also features Braised Pork Ribs with Tai O Shrimp Paste, Wok-Fried Lobster with Rice Cake and Vermicelli, Ginger and Scallions, and Crab Meat Fried Jasmine Rice with, Crab Roe and Minced Ginger, bringing together the savoury depth of traditional Cantonese flavours and the richness of seasonal seafood. Each dish is accompanied by a complimentary glass of Golden Autumn Ginger Tea with Osmanthus.
Available from now to 30 November 2026, the menu invites guests to savour the distinctive flavours of autumn through Kai Fuk Lau’s contemporary interpretation of Cantonese cuisine.
