From the soothing sweetness of Crab Meat and Minced Ham Winter Melon Soup, to the fragrant wok-fire aroma of Sizzling Water Spinach Claypot and the comforting depth of Hairy Gourd Glass Noodles Pot with Dried Seafood, each dish highlights the culinary team’s interpretation of contemporary Cantonese summer dining. Delicate bamboo pith vegetables, lotus leaf steamed chicken with fresh sand ginger, and beloved Crispy Oatmeal Prawns complete a menu designed for gathering, sharing and slowing down over refined seasonal flavours this July.
